Our Matcha is made from the finest shade-grown leaves which have been picked & ground to a fine poor wder, ensuring a smooth texture, rich umami flavour & vibrant green colour.
Energise yourself with MATCHA:
Form a smooth paste by mixing 1.5g of Matcha powder with a small amount of water. Add approx 75ml of off the boil water* and froth/whisk to form ‘bubbles’. Add more hot water to desired amount or add to your choice of milk to make a Matcha Latté - the possibilities are endless!
*boiling hot water will cause bitterness. 80’C is perfect - enjoy :)
