Delivery
We endeavour to send out orders within 48 hours of receiving them. In most cases this will be the same day if received before Midday. During peak periods this may take longer.
We process orders during our trading days, which are Tuesday to Saturday. Therefore, any orders received on a Sunday or Monday will not be processed until Tuesday.
All items posted within the UK will be sent by Royal Mail 48 Tracked. You will receive SMS or email notification from Royal Mail when delivery is due with the added option to change your delivery before delivery is attempted. Royal Mail 48 Tracked aims to deliver in two to three working days however this is not guaranteed and we cannot compensate for late delivery as once we have dispatched your order it is entrusted to Royal Mail.
We have a flat rate shipping charge of £3.95 on all orders which include P&P.
We only deliver to the UK
Returns
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for distance selling, you the consumer have the right to cancel or return your order if you inform us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you wish to cancel.
You then have another 14 days in which to return the goods to us once you have informed us.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned unopened, in its original packaging and unused. We cannot accept any returns unless these conditions apply.
You should get a proof of postage certificate when returning items to us and should your returned parcel be lost, it is your responsibility to claim compensation from the carrier used to returm the item.
Refunds
We will refund you in full to the same payment method originally used to pay for your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods back if the conditions stated above are met. If this is the case and we approve your refund we will inform you straight away. If the conditions are not met we will inform you of a rejected refund too.
We will refund you the cost of your order including delivery however you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. If the return is as a result of a fault by Us then we will pay for shipping.
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Not entirely satisfied with your order?
It if for some reason our product does not meet your expectations then please do contact us ASAP and allow us to put this right or offer advice! We can usually resolve any issues with direct communication.
Our teas and coffees will have a best before date on them and this is purely to allow you to enjoy it at its absolute best - once opened the flavour will gradually change over time due to exposure to air and moisture however by no means does this mean that the product is substandard. We advise you to store your product in an airtight container, away from light and moisture for optimal conditions.
